Dr. Kevorkian

Several Leftist States have legalized assisted death, the state that I live in being one of them. The first person that comes to mind is Dr. Kevorkian.

Jack Kevorkian (born on May 26, 1928) is a controversial American pathologist. He is most noted for publicly championing a terminal patient's right to die via physician-assisted suicide; he claims to have assisted at least 130 patients to that end. He famously said that "dying is not a crime."

Between 1999 and 2007, Kevorkian served eight years of a 10-to-25-year prison sentence for second-degree murder. He was released on June 1, 2007, on parole due to good behavior.

He was released in 1997 after promising never to assist in another suicide again. He died at the age of 83, reasons not stated.

Harold Fredrick Shipman

Harold Frederick Shipman (14 January 1946 – 13 January 2004) was a convicted English serial killer. A doctor by profession, he is among the most prolific serial killers in recorded history with 218 murders being positively ascribed to him, although the actual number is likely much higher.

A jury found Shipman guilty of 15 murders. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, and the judge recommended that he be never released. The whole life tariff was confirmed by the Home Secretary a little over two years later. Shipman died on 13 January 2004, after hanging himself in his cell at Wakefield Prison in West Yorkshire. He's dead because he assisted in his own suicide.

I am posting this because the left legalized this for a reason, like they wanted federal control of all the abortions. Everything they do has a reason. Believe me, that reason isn't anything good.
