he key phrase there is: “Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available…” Every object that exists can be quantified, which is to say, measured. The use of the term “quantified” in that phrase means: the CDC has no measurable amount of the virus, because it is unavailable. THE CDC HAS NO VIRUS. A further tip-off is the use of the word ‘isolates.” This means NO ISOLATED VIRUS IS AVAILABLE." Got that?

No virus at the CDC either. This means that what Mike Pence slipped and said in March is correct: THIS IS ONLY AN EXERCISE!!!

It was reputed to be Mark Twain that said, "it is easier to fool people than to convince them that they've been fooled." That is certainly true up here in beer and hockey land, the home of the de facto PM that wants to focus on the most significant issue in his mind: single use plastics.
