If you have an issue that is where you go. Just please for the sake of my mind don't be terminally stupid. I dealt with enough of that working for Apple and Evergreen Tech.. Don't make me curse your very existence like I did some customers back in the day. You know, the ones that I still have images of pinned to a dartboard in my garage. You don't want to be on that dartboard. I have been known to throw knives at it occasionally. Also keep in mind that we don't have a "support department" per se so really its me the XMO and a few others (so far as I know) so please give us time to get to your request and for fuck sake be patient!
