Ukrainian children supposedly ‘kidnapped’ by Moscow found in Germany
The head of Ukrainian national police, Ivan Vygovsky, on Wednesday hailed the discovery of 161 “children kidnapped by Russia” after they were discovered in Germany. He told the national media that he had discussed the issue with Holger Munch, president of the German Federal Criminal Police (BKA), during a meeting earlier in this week.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov (pictured) alleged on Thursday that United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken's visit to China is directed towards "shattering" ties between Moscow and Beijing, TASS reported.
"Washington is looking for ways to shatter Russian-Chinese ties as much as possible. We have seriously expanded cooperation with Beijing in many areas in recent times. It fills US politicians and the Biden administration's top officials with bile," Ryabkov stated, expressing his hopes that Beijing "understands this," and will, therefore, avoid reaching any agreements with the US that would be detrimental to Russia. He also accused the US of not shying away from resorting to "open blackmail and intimidation," to reach its goals. "We won’t yield to such pressure and continue moving to reach the goals of the special military operation," he said.

Russian artillery destroyed a stronghold occupied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near Avdiivka in the Donetsk region on Tuesday, RIA Novosti reported, citing Russia's Ministry of Defense.
The strike also neutralized an AFU "electronic warfare station," after Russian drone crews relayed the location of the camouflaged Ukrainian stronghold to a Russian artillery crew that promptly fired 120-millimeter high-explosive fragmentation shells upon the target.
The report provided no information on the number of Ukrainian casualties.
