  • The following is my own perception of George Armstrong Custer. I am not asking you to share the way I feel, your thoughts about the man are your own.

George Armstrong Custer was in no way a hero. The man was a coward. In July 1861 quickly earned recognition for himself with his brilliant direction of his actions at the First Battle of Bull Run. He also seemed to possess a gift for avoiding injury, which he came to call "Custer's luck." (Unfortunately, the men under his command weren't always so lucky, suffering disproportionately high casualties during the war.)

George Custer would wait until the braves were away from camp to attack killer women, children, and the elderly. General Custer had most of the qualities which made him a first-class asshole.

Sitting Bull, the revered Lakota chief who had originally wanted peace at Little Bighorn. Custer, however, was determined to fight. Custer wasn't but 18 when he went to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He arrived in 1857. While intelligent and talented, he dismissed the Academy’s disciplinary system and was a lazy student. He was nearly expelled several times. (in short - a troublemaker). He racked up 726 demerits in just four years – one of the highest amounts in West Point history – and graduated last in his class, a position commonly known as the “goat.”

Despite his unimpressive record, the U.S. Army desperately needed officers to serve in the newly-begun Civil War. He was commissioned a second lieutenant and based in Washington, D.C. (Washington, D.C. - that alone should tell you something). He took every opportunity to get himself in front of the cameras and newspapermen documenting the war. He loved the public spotlight. He would wear unusual and flamboyant uniforms, which brought him even more attention.

Ulysses S. Grant removed Custer from command and briefly had him arrested when he tried to return to his troops. after his testimony at a Congressional hearing in Washington, D.C., implicated several members of the administration, including Grant’s brother. Only after several high-ranking generals intervened was Custer allowed to return to his post. Major Marcus Reno and Captain Frederick Benteen were later believed to have played a role in Custer's death by not rushing to his aid at the Little Bighorn. As popular opinion about America’s mistreatment of Native Americans shifted, so to did attitudes about Custer, who remains a highly controversial figure.

Several thousand international ex-pats live in the capital – the cheapest city in Western Europe – either in apartments in downtown areas such as Doctor’s Garden, or in suburbs such as Boyana, Dragalevtsi, and Bistritsa.
Many of the ex-pat city-dwellers are workers, and the city boasts a thriving start-up scene. The city center is small enough that no car is required if you live downtown: taxis are cheap and there are plenty of trams.

  • How did the COVID-19 therapeutic drug scandal devastated America and the world?
    Commentary Nguyen Huong • 10:52, 03/02/21 • 2917 views
    Help NTDVN fix the error

Recently, the prestigious American Medical Journal of Medicine reported that the anti-malarial secret medicine proposed by President Trump is really effective in fighting the epidemic of Wuhan pneumonia. But due to hate from the left-wing media, Democrats and many others, this information is not properly advertised, causing the drug to not be widely used, killing many people around the world. Author Roger L. Simon has commented on this hypocrisy.

You don't have to be Emile Zola to say "J'accuse!" (I accuse!)

I accuse the following, in no particular order: Person who is nominated by Time as 'Person of the year' and is a contributor/ frequent visitor in Wuhan, China, Dr. Anthony Fauci; The Democrats (or “the science-loving party”) and their leadership disgusted me and their self-praise; The mainstream media and all the flamboyant news agencies even praised themselves as "at the helm" from the New York Times to CNN; Dr. Birx and any officials from the CDC showed up this week; One-way communication environment at health departments in all fifty states; Health ministries in other countries have echoed that information, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (more people will be coming); Governor Whitmer of Michigan; The tyrant governor of Nevada I can't remember, name, and look up…. I can go on… everyone who was involved in this emerging incident, called the national health disaster, no, international disaster,

This shameful distortion of medical science is a sign that not only is politics creeping into the treatment of the Wuhan pneumonia virus, but it is also undermining the treatment of the disease. This has resulted in thousands, perhaps millions of deaths, and has also made life unbearable for so many people around the world — in fact, for all.

All those mentioned above are rejected or lower the effectiveness of the pills " quinine - hydroxy" in the treatment COVID-19. This is an inexpensive antimalarial, also used to treat chronic inflammatory diseases, which has been around for decades and is known to have minimal side effects.

Why? As most of us know, the person they think is a goblin, whom they despise for ignorance of science, has proposed it - President Donald J. Trump - so it must be despised.

However, anthracnose drugs (HCQ) clearly have been promoting therapeutic effects in many cases, if used early.

This became known in June 2020 when the prestigious British medical journal Lancet withdrew support for a suspicious study opposing the use of HCQ previously published in this journal.

“We all work together to contribute in good faith and at a critical moment in the COVID-19 pandemic. We deeply apologize to you, the editors and readers of the magazine for any confusion or inconvenience arising from this issue.

This apology, issued eight months ago, was largely ignored by mainstream media because it did not match their reporting style. And, worse yet, this information could have provided Trump's advantage [in the election].

At the same time, many independent doctors have confirmed that HCQ is truly effective in treating patients. Likewise, their opinion was dismissed by an avid newspaper with no research tendencies and skills. (I would like to thank Laura Ingraham for promptly introducing some of these doctors on her cable program.)

Meanwhile, thousands of people, if not millions, have died globally, who should not have died.

We will never know what that number is, but that's a safe assumption. Exact numbers may have been waived.

The widespread use of anthracnose may not have completely saved us from the COVID-19 pandemic, but it could have reduced the pandemic's danger to a level similar to that of a common flu. annual.

Regardless of the truth, it can be infuriating that it is incompatible with information that happened.

And now the medical journal the reputation of the United States ( American Journal of Medicine ) in last month's edition 1/2021 also admitted the same thing. HCQ often has a good therapeutic effect. If the patient uses this medication while still at home, not hospitalized, the treatment will be significantly effective.

AN AMAZING FACT: Billionaire and New York City real estate investor Leona Helmsley was a flamboyant personality with a reputation for tyrannical behavior. She earned the nickname “Queen of Mean” for her apparently heartless and vindictive behavior with employees and contractors. When convicted of federal income tax evasion and other crimes in 1989, Helmsley’s fate was sealed when a former housekeeper testified during the trial that she had heard Leona once say, “We don’t pay taxes. Only the little people pay taxes.” The saying followed her for the rest of her life.

But when it came to her beloved dog, a Maltese called Trouble, the Queen of Mean was all heart. When Leona Helmsley died on August 20, 2007, she left $12 million of her estimated $8 billion estate for the upkeep of her eight-year-old pooch, even as two of her grandchildren got nothing. Fortune Magazine awarded this decision with 3rd place in their 2007 “101 Dumbest Moments in Business." The court eventually reduced the dog’s inheritance to $2 million, saying it was more than adequate. Eleven-year-old Trouble lives in Florida with his caretaker in Helmsley's Sandcastle Hotel. Trouble’s caretaker stated that the $2 million will pay for the dog’s maintenance for more than 10 years—providing $100,000 for full-time security, $8,000 for grooming, and $1,200 for food. The caretaker is paid $60,000 a year for a guardian fee.

In 2012, Americans spent $52 billion on their pets—more than the gross domestic product of most of the world’s countries. That’s almost double the amount shelled out on pets a decade earlier. Food costs were $20 billion alone, and $4 billion went to grooming. About 62 percent of all households in the U.S. own pets (which is actually down from when surveys were first conducted in 1988).

God obviously loves animals and created pets for our enjoyment. The Lord even notices when a small sparrow falls to the ground (Matthew 10:29). But Jesus also said, “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces” (Matthew 7:6). Dogs and pigs were considered unclean scavengers in the Bible and are used to illustrate how we should carefully use our resources. It would be good to think about how we leave our inheritances. Are we remembering to be rich toward God?

  • People wonder how we came up with the name Xephula. Well, we were having a power meeting on a Thursday afternoon, after we came back from our 3 hour lunch, and we were flipping through our 1965 Betty Crocker encyclopedia while we brainstormed.

I was sipping on a latte while XMO was enjoying a can of Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli. Lord Sweat: GMRS - WRWK740 took a drink of his Sangria and slammed the mason jar down on the table. He had enough talk and wanted some action. So we decided to randomly take 3 volumes of the encyclopedia and cut the binding off with the radial arm saw that we kept in the meeting room next to the drinking fountain.

We took the loose pages up on the roof and threw them to the wind. We then each went on a hunt to find one of the pages. The first page that we found, would be used to fabricate a name for the website.

Long story short, when we met back at the meeting room later that day, we had a page about a Zebra, Male Genitalia and Dracula. So we combined them, and dropped the Z in favor of an X.

That's how it happened. True story!
