They got this ready in 2 days by a system of mutual Co-operation. Whatever we may think of China's Communist Regime, that is some feat. We in New Zealand have been buggering around for the last 10 years over a Hospital Rebuild with countless politically controlled Committees, Sub Committees, Consultant's Opinions, Impact Studies, and are still 10 years away from a New Hospital. In the meantime the Old One is crumbling away with Concrete Cancer caused by lack of Maintenance and Poor Management.
