I'm from the US state of Iowa. I served in the US Army for 3 years (2009-2012), including a 9-month deployment to Iraq.
After completing my enlistment, I relocated to Connecticut where I went to college to be a mortician (yes, mortician LOL). Unfortunately, I haven't become licensed due to lack of intern/apprentice openings in funeral homes and a flooded market. GAH! I lived in Connecticut for 8 1/2 years before returning to Iowa in January 2021.
I like to write when I get ideas, and I've even had two stories published as books so far. I do plan to publish more in the future.
