Today is a gift from God , enjoy being alive today! Take notice of the simple pleasures God allows us each day like just a great cup of coffee , being able to eat and drink what you want , having an appetite, even being able to go to the bathroom easily.......but our evil mind has us only thinking about what’s wrong, what’s not right , our debts , our problems ,what we can’t do , what’s going to happen tomorrow even though our mind doesn’t know the future,what we didn’t do right in the past , keeping us drowning in regret. All lies !! Doubt every thought! Both the good and the bad , become the observer of your thoughts, not the slave of your thoughts. God really loves you ...( not just the whole world), He specifically loves YOU! YOU! YOU! Cast your cares on Him ( verbally) for He cares for you !! Peace for your mind, strength and healing for your spirit and your body in Jesus Name! Ty Father for mercy!
