  • The 16th century, spanning from 1501 to 1600, was a transformative period marked by significant events such as the Renaissance, the Reformation, and the Age of Exploration. This era witnessed the flourishing of arts and literature, with figures like Leonardo da Vinci and William Shakespeare emerging. The Protestant Reformation led by Martin Luther challenged the Catholic Church's authority, while explorers like Christopher Columbus and Ferdinand Magellan expanded European knowledge of the world, paving the way for colonialism. The century also saw advancements in science and technology, influencing culture and society in profound ways.

    A Must Watch....
Human Image - The Fundamental Legal Fiction
    https://rumble.com/voc6nd-human-image-the-fundamental-legal-fiction.html?mref=6zof&mrefc=5
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is legal is of “form”, what is lawful is of “substance” (Blacks Law 1st Edition).
That which is legal has been formed by man. A legal entity has been formed by man.
That which is lawful is of substance/essence and is a creation of God. A lawful man is of substance/essence.

    Natural Person: Any human being who as such is a legal entity ….. (Amon v. Moreschi, 296 N.Y. 395, 73 N.E.2d 716." Max Radin, Radin's Law Dictionary (1955), p. 216).

What is legal is of “form”... therefore a “legal entity” is an entity of form.
Since "any human being who as such is a legal entity", a human being is of form as well.

Human. Of the form and characteristics of man. (From Ballentine's Legal Dictionary 3rd Edition).
Form. The antithesis of substance; the appearance or superficial aspect rather than the substance or the essence. (Ballentine's Legal Dictionary 3rd Edition).

Natural Person = human being = legal entity

Legal entities are a conception of man; they are known in legalese as legal fictions.

The creation of a civil or legal person out of a thing, the investure of a chattel with toga civillis, may be an achievement of the imperial power, but it is beyond the compass of an American congress. Congress must first emancipate the slave, before it can endow him with the rights of a citizen under the constitution, or impose upon him the responsibilities of a legal person, or compel him to pay money, or part with liberty. United States v. Amy, 24 Fed.Cas.792, 794 #14,445 (1859).
The creation of a legal person also creates responsibilities and liabilities for this new legal person... responsibilities and liabilities due to a nation/country, which is also a legal entity.

Legal is defined as"the "undoing of God’s law” (1893 Dictionary of Arts and Sciences, Encyclopedia Britannica, a dictionary of arts, sciences and general literature / The R.S Peale 9th 1893).

James 4:12 There is one lawgiver, who can save and destroy: who art thou that judgest another.

Ecclesiastes 1:15 That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.
A fiction and a lie can never be a reality and a truth. That which is empty cannot be measured or counted.

A legal entity (human being) is of form, "the antithesis of substance" and therefore wanting (empty), and cannot be counted.

  • GOOD MORNING FRIENDS AND FOLLOWERS: COMMUNISM ATTRACTS COMMUNISTS... SOUNDS STUPID, ISN'T IT? WELL, NOT SO. READ MY STORY. BACK IN THE 1980s I WENT TO A FREE CONCERT IN THE 'DELACORTE' THEATER IN NEW YORK'S CENTRAL PARK. IT WAS NOT A COMMON CONCERT, IT WAS SINGERS AND MUSICIANS VISITING FROM CUBA. SINCE FIDEL CASTRO WAS STILL ALIVE AND CUBA IS STILL A COMMUNIST COUNTRY, THE EVENT ATTRACTED LOTS OF COMMUNISTS AND BECAME SOMETHING POLITICAL. SINCE EARLY THAT DAY, THERE WAS A LONG LINE TO GET TICKETS AND IN THE PARK, AROUND THE THEATER, THERE WERE TABLES FROM DIFFERENT LEFT WING ORGANIZATIONS, DISTRIBUTING MARXIST LITERATURE, NEWSPAPERS AND PROSELYTIZING PEOPLE. EVERYTHING WAS VERY PEACEFUL. LATER THAT DAY, AN OLD LADY WAS GIVING AWAY SOME LEAFLETS WITH ANTI CASTRO'S MESSAGES. ONE OF THE COMMUNIST YOUNG MEN (FROM EL SALVADOR,CENTRAL AMERICA) STARTED YELLING IN SPANISH: "GET THAT OLD WOMAN OUT OF HERE, KILL HER, BURN HER ALIVE"... PROOF THAT HOW INTOLERANT THOSE PEOPLE CAN BE. WE ALL KNOW THE DEMONCRAP PARTY TODAY IS A COMMUNIST PARTY AND ATTRACTS COMMUNISTS. THE SCENE AROUND THE CONVENTION IN CHICAGO, LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE NEW YORK'S CENTRAL PARK IN THE 1980s THE DAY OF THE CUBAN CONCERT. I WENT THERE FOR 3 REASONS: OUT OF CURIOSITY, IT WAS FREE AND I LIKED THE MUSIC BUT IT BECAME A LIFE EXPERIENCE. JACK POSOBIEC, HOST OF THE 'HUMAN EVENTS' SHOW, WENT UNDERCOVER TO CHICAGO, WEARING GLASSES AND A PALESTINIAN SCARF TO FILM SOME SCENES FOR THE SHOW. IT REMINDED ME SO MUCH OF THE NEW YORK CONCERT 40 YEARS AGO, LIKE TIME NEVER PASSED. JUST WATCH.

  • Historical Perspectives
Ancient Civilizations: Early human societies measured time using natural phenomena—such as the movement of the sun, moon, and stars. The Sumerians, Egyptians, and Mayans developed calendars and astronomical observations.

Mechanical Clocks: The invention of mechanical clocks in medieval Europe revolutionized timekeeping. By the 14th century, clocks with escapements allowed for more accurate tracking of hours and minutes.

Standard Time: The 19th century saw the establishment of standard time zones, essential for railways and communication networks. Sir Sandford Fleming proposed a worldwide standard time system in 1879, leading to the adoption of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

    Scientific Developments

Relativity Theory: Albert Einstein's theories of relativity in the early 20th century fundamentally altered our understanding of time. Time is relative, affected by speed and gravity, leading to the concept of spacetime.

Quantum Mechanics: In the realm of the very small, time behaves differently. Quantum mechanics introduces probabilities and uncertainties, challenging classical notions of time as a linear, continuous progression.

    Technological Advances
Atomic Clocks: The development of atomic clocks in the mid-20th century provided unprecedented precision. These clocks, based on the vibrations of atoms, are accurate to within billionths of a second.

Global Positioning System (GPS): GPS technology relies on the precision of atomic clocks to provide accurate positioning information. Time synchronization is crucial for the system's accuracy.

    Cultural Aspects

Perception of Time: Different cultures perceive and value time differently. Western cultures often see time linearly and quantitatively, while many Eastern cultures view it cyclically and qualitatively.

Time in Art and Literature: Time has been a central theme in art, Lost Time" to Salvador Dalí's "The Persistence of Memory" explore the nature and impact of time.

    Future Directions

Temporal Physics: Research in temporal physics explores the nature of time, including the possibility of time travel, the directionality of time, and the flow of time in different environments.

Artificial Intelligence and Time: AI can change how we interact with and manage time, from personal productivity tools to large-scale simulations of temporal processes.

Societal Changes: As technology accelerates, our relationship with time continues to evolve. Concepts like the "singularity" suggest a future where time's progression could be fundamentally different from our current understanding.
