Colorado paraprofessional Kiarra Jones arrested for assaulting children with disabilities.

Jones worked as a bus aide to help children with autism and other disabilities travel between school and their homes.

Newly released footage shows Jones punching and stomping a disabled 10-year-old boy.

Three families are now taking action against Jones, claiming they started noticing behavioral changes from their children about 6 months ago.

They also noticed physical injuries including scratches, bruises, a lost tooth, broken toe, black eye, and other bruises.

Jones was arrested on April 4 after surveillance footage showed her hitting a student in the abdomen and mouth.

Damn, I spent hours today trying to figure out why my brave browser under windows 7 suddenly (started yesterday) started to completely crash on "certain sites" like youtube, it turned out that it is the brave shield, you have to disable it and install "Ublock Origin" instead if you still want to block ads and trackers etc., see

Under windows 7, you cannot update brave to the latest version because they disabled the updates and brave does not support windows 7 anymore, which sucks btw. and for me this is a big dent in the reputation of brave browser IMHO.

Man who punched a disabled man in Manhattan may avoid jail time after blaming the attack on his *diabetes. *The NYC justice system is moronic. Andrew Caban is blaming his diabetes for sucker-punching 61-year-old Richard Regen. It gets worse. Regen was forced to undergo brain surgery due to the attack, spent 30 days in the hospital and now lives with frequent seizures. At the time of the attack, he was headed to rehab for his stroke he suffered a couple years earlier. Caban says he is "sorry" that his diabetes caused the attack." I’ve suffered diabetes for a very long time from a very young age. I’ve had hypoglycemic episodes previously, and I’m so sorry this has happened," he said in Manhattan Criminal Court. "I was reckless. There were no intentions at all. I had no intentions to harm him. "Caban is trying to claim he didn't "fully recall" what happened because of his diabetes. Caban faced up to a year in jail but pleaded guilty to reckless assault in the third degree which means he may get off with "just a slap on the wrist" under a sweetheart plea deal. (NY Post)
