When I was in my early 20's I had a cyst on my left forearm that concerned me. Many of the things that ail us now are due to the deficiency of trace elements that are not in our diets, NOT heredity; and he recommended a dosage of 25,000mcg of Iodine. That is the only thing I have changed in my diet over the past 2 months and now the cyst is less than half the size it was 2 months ago. It is barely noticeable. Also FYI Iodized salt does NOT have enough iodine in it to make a significant difference.
