"Private Property" is property owned by a MAN or WOMAN privately, and they have 100% control over that property as the OWNER! "Public Property" (Just like is inferred) is PUBLIC! It's "owned" by the PUBLIC! EVERYONE IN AMERICA basically owns this property!
