Amber Spradlin was murdered, and when the 911 call went out at 0500 hrs, June 18, 2023, local, the LEOs in the area weren't dispatched to the scene right away, losing valuable time, and possibly costing Amber her life. The coroner estimated TOD (time of death), the night before, but it's possible she was still alive (TOD is always estimated, unless there's a witness). Not only was Amber stabbed 11 times, no responders were dispatched. This is clearly the fault of the dispatching agency, the sheriff and the county police.
