South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem's Press Conference on Border Security and Cartel Presence on Tribal Reservations from May 17th. "Today, I held a press conference on border security and the presence of the cartel and their affiliates on tribal reservations." It would seem that the drug problems with the tribes have more to do with internal tribal corruption than anything else. This corruption precedes governor Noem's administration by several decades.
