Different periods brought different people but in the “modern era” – the 16th through 20th centuries, most who “migrated” here came from someplace in Europe. Those who were not European were not ordinary migrants but either outright slaves from Africa or Chinese workers sent from their own nation to earn money through their labor for their masters back in China. But whatever the case, once the United States became a nation, immigration was not without its rules and limitations! I watched The Lion of Judah video about our WORDS, which led me to my Bible searching for the SAME... (Your Word's Are Alive - Be Careful Of What You Say) There's a LOT said of our WORDS and the #Evil our tongues are capable of! I had never given it thought it deserves before today I thought that I'd share with you what I found! Since our WORDS carry either a blessing or a curse, we should choose them wisely and with care, and always seeking to deliver a blessing! And remember that God SPOKE the world into existence! I shared the video a minute ago, worth a watch! Proverbs 12:18 - There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health. Ephesians 4:29 - Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. Matthew 15:18 - But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. Psalms 19:14 - Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. Some really powerful stuff!
