  • A defendant was on trial for murder in Philadelphia.

There was strong evidence indicating guilt, but there was no corpse.

In the defense’s closing statement the lawyer, knowing that his client would probably be convicted, resorted to a trick.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I have a surprise for you all," the lawyer said as he looked at his watch.

"Within one minute, the person presumed dead in this case will walk into this courtroom."

He looked toward the courtroom door. The jurors, somewhat stunned, all looked on eagerly.

    A minute passed.

    Nothing happened.

Finally the lawyer said, "Actually, I made up the previous statement. But you all looked on with anticipation. I, therefore, put it to you that there is reasonable doubt in this case as to whether anyone was killed and insist that you return a verdict of not guilty."

The jury, clearly confused, retired to deliberate.

A few minutes later, the jury returned and pronounced a verdict of guilty.

"But how?" inquired the lawyer. "You must have had some doubt; I saw all of you stare at the door."

Answered the jury foreman: "Oh, we did look. But your client didn’t."

HOW CAN WE LIVE WITHOUT 24/7 OF A NEW SHINY OBJECT?
Coverage of the rest of the world=good news.
To repeat it at nausea is not good news.
When did the importance of a story become automatically political gamesmanship?
Yes, I do ask questions, and will continue until some logical , reasonable answers are put forward to the masses.
Until then, my voice (writings) for as long as I can, will be the “Paul Revere” of our day, and the ride is becoming quite long.
We can only hope that this is common knowledge regarding ‘Paul Revere”! JPL

  • "According to a recent Federal Reserve report, an international agreement reached in the 1990s mandates, need a new system banking regulations. These modifications aim to align national policies with globally established standards. Despite long-standing opposition from influential banking institutions, the proposed changes are expected to take effect by the end of the year. The reforms primarily focus on restricting banks' lending capabilities, ensuring they conform to universal guidelines. It is crucial for the Federal Reserve to have a strong leader who can resist pressure from powerful financial institutions and safeguard the stability of America's financial system."

The integration of the international financial system has led to large, globally active firms operating within a system of national government and regulation. While there is no realistic prospect for a global banking regulator, the responsibility and authority for financial stability continue to rest with national or regional authorities. The challenge lies in effectively sharing oversight of these large firms among regulators. Varying forms of regulation across countries are reasonable, considering different economic circumstances, currencies, and levels of depth and development in banking and capital markets. Even between the United States and the European Union, legitimate differences exist within the broader convergence around minimum regulatory and supervisory standards developed at various forums.

The financial crisis exposed vulnerabilities created by foreign banking operations, and the Basel Committee and national regulators were slow to respond to the expansion in scale and scope of the world’s largest banking organizations. Addressing these vulnerabilities requires thoughtful coordination and effective supervision of international activities by U.S. banking organizations.

In summary, the Federal Reserve’s role in regulating international banking activities is critical, and strong leadership is essential to navigate the complexities of global financial systems and ensure stability.

  • BREAKING: COURT RULES EMERGENCIES ACT UNREASONABLE AND UNJUSTIFIED

    This all sounds really good!
The issue that I have with "the Courts" in ANY COUNTRY is they are ultimately controlled by the #Criminals themselves!

The #BAR Association is nothing more than the HEAD of a Criminal Corporation!

And this corporation rules over YOU by deceiving you into "consenting" to join their little "Private Society"

Which is exactly what the United States is, a "Private Society"
And when you are a member of this private society, and have declared that YOU are a "US Citizen" (Meaning that you consent to live by their rules)
then their "Statutes and Codes" may be applied to YOU!

Because you voluntarily "consented" to join their private society......

And to be ruled over by their board and the "Statutes and Codes" they write

These are NOT "Laws" that FREE men must follow!
They are CORPORATE POLICIES which are enforced by "policy enforcers" (#Police)

  • FIRST AMENDMENT TRUMPS KAREN’S FEELINGS -
    First Amendment Audit

In 2024 #Police #Dispatch has not yet learned that PUBLIC #Photography is not a #Crime??? Seriously???

I'd call that a complete and total lack of training and brain cells! But that's me

Police try to use "We got a call" as justification to handcuff people and interrogate them, which happens all the time.......

I mean I can call Police and claim "There's a man walking his dog" and I'm sure they'd send 3 units!

If THERE IS NO CRIME being reported........
    WHY would Police involve themselves?

I understand that dispatching a unit to evaluate the situation is NOT unreasonable in the slightest.....

What happens is that LEO's inevitably show up and act as if
"we got a call" creates some kind of crime where there is none!

And BTW..... "We got a call" neither creates PROBABLE CAUSE or RAS ( Reasonable, Articulable, suspicion )

THE PUBLIC does not create law, and what they claim on a TELEPHONE CALL cannot be construed as "Evidence" of anything!

Yet every single day.... Police ACT AS IF IT DOES!
