The European Commission has postponed the presentation of its new administration due to concerns raised by the Socialist and Democrats (S&D) group. These issues center on the lack of gender balance in the proposed lineup, the exclusion of certain key socialist figures agaist violent potential inclusion of far-right politicians in significant positions in european countrys. The S&D, which is the second-largest bloc in the European Parliament, warned that their support for the new administration is at risk if these concerns are not addressed.
