The questions that citizens of each state with lockdown orders should be asking and are not. Where does the State Executive Branch get the authority to suspend civil liberties? Is it in the State Constitution? Is there a statute? Can they cite it? Does the statute actually grant this authority? If it does, where did the State Constitution authorize the State Legislature to make such a law? Let's say (for the sake of discussion) one goes to the polls on election day and votes, an hour before they went to get a cup of coffee, or afterwards hit the grocery store on the way home. The day before the election a package was delivered to the house and pizza was delivered as well. The day after the election a friend visited the house for a discussion and a cup of coffee.
