Smith, convicted of aggravated robbery in 2017 and on probation, was prohibited from possessing a firearm. He failed to appear for his May hearing after he pled guilty for firearm possession.
When the Marshalls attempted to arrest Smith in his car, he produced a weapon and fired on them. They returned fire and killed him.
The weapon and spent shells were recovered in Smith's car.
Smith allegedly made life-threatening posts against police and called for a war against law enforcement on social media during the George Floyd protests.
Now, protestors are burning and destroying storefronts demanding "justice". There was also looting at a T-Mobile store and CVS pharmacy.
I guess the police should have taken one for the team instead of defending themselves against armed assault in the minds of these Marxist morons.
It ain't about racism. It's about initiating Communist class warfare to take down the system. Racism is the made-up excuse.
