• I don't know if these fixes were implemented in the other versions of chrome/chromium, I strongly suggest that you switch off of any chromium/chrome based browsers.

  • There has been some confusion about DuckDuckGo's new browser. It's based on Microsoft's webview2, which is based on Google's Android webview for Android. So it is Chromium, without being chromium. It probably has lots of spyware, full of bugs and most of all, not trustworthy as it comes from Microsoft.

Don't get me wrong, I will use and did use their office suite and operating systems, and still feel their operating systems are the best for computers for the time being. I can't stand Apple. But web browsers? Hell no.

  • If you're concerned with privacy, switch to a Mozilla/Firefox based browser and use a good PAID VPN. Free VPNs usually still sells your analytics to fund their operations. Stay away from Chinese made and Chromium based browsers. There are many good low-priced VPNs on the play store. I won't endorse any in my posts (those a-holes have to pay me or pay Xephula first ) but, if you want suggestions, ask in the comments. Refer to my post at https://xephula.com/blogs/867150/In-Depth-Dive-Into-Web-Browsers if you want to know what is a Chromium based browser. I cover the most popular ones there.

If you want suggestions on a good web browser for PC/Chromebook/Android. I recommend Firefox. (https://www.firefox.com)

I will follow this post up with a blog post. With more information on recommended browsers.

I've ranted about Chrome being most web-browsers. In this article, I will show you proof of such. Starting with Brave: Coming from their own website at https://brave.com, I show you the screenshot of them admitting that they use the chromium core as their framework for their browser: Now,...

  • The browser I use isn't trendy, but it isn't Chromium. lmao, don't get me wrong, I keep Chrome for the few sites that don't work with Firefox. I have found as of late, many don't work with Chrome, but will work with Firefox, and I don't know why.

  • Holy crap I think Facebook Employees just killed twitter for any Chromium based browser. I get this on all but Firefox and Epic with old Chromium base. Does anyone else see this?

  • Looks like Multiple Sclerosis, I mean Microsoft is working on rolling out its own secure browser similar to Epic and Firefox (no, I won't include Brave in this because they aren't truly secure), in the edge secure network, it only works with the edge browser, not with the whole computer (get a good paid VPN, it's worth it). It also only comes with 1GB of data. Sorry, data streamers and content creators. I easily eat through a GB of data in a month.

So, get a good browser (that's not chromium. Chromium/chrome is ghey). Get a good PAID VPN that doesn't log, Support FOSS & Open-Source Communities too, even if they may be leftist. Right now, we have a lack of open source & FOSS community coders that are Conservative.

Free VPN for everyone? Not so fast!
Recently, the news broke that Microsoft was adding VPN to their Edge browser. It sounded to good to be true, so I did some research. Turns out, the benevolence is limited.
