• To give you an example of how corrupt and wasteful the American government is, the cost of a .gov website reached 1.7 BILLION DOLLARS! And who pays for it? The tax cattle of course.

The badly managed website healthcare.gov sells health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. Since the website went live in 2013, it has shut down, crapped out, stalled, rejected user logins, failed to load drop-down menus, and misloaded so consistently that its track record for failure is challenged only by Congress.

In the hands of the government, a 1.7 billion dollar price tag couldn't deliver a website that does basic functions. The code was so poorly written that it buckled miserably under the heavy influx of traffic that its engineers and administrators should have seen coming.

The administrators of healthcare.gov made drastic changes to the website since then but it remains hideous to look at and use.

  • America's medical bills are enough to bankrupt you for life. And it's by design, of course. It's not a law of nature that medial bills should cost thousands of dollars. Not at all. The ONLY reason they're so expensive is that the banking class that rules the United States wants it that way. In Australia, for example, the life-saving drug Truvada costs $8. But in America, consumers are forced to pay $1780 for the same product! If you're an American, you don't have to go all the way to Australia to discover the scam, just cross the border to Canada or Mexico, and you'll find that the same drugs cost just a fraction of what they cost back home. It's a scam. The price of drugs and medical bills are deliberated inflated to punish and enslave the poor of America for the benefit of the ruling class. The solution? Of course, the most reasonable solution is to simply abolish the U.S. government and set up a direct democracy like the version that exists TODAY in Switzerland where decision-making is in the hands of ALL citizens collectively, not a handful of politicians behind closed doors. But since there's no room for reasonable solutions, Americans can just demand a new law. And this law already exists in Europe. Simply impose a cap on how much corporations can profit off drugs and medical services. At the moment in the United States, there's no limit on how much profit pharma corporations can make off people's misery. A pill that costs 1 dollar to produce can be sold for 10,000$. A law that imposes a maximum of 25% profit markup can fix America's medical dystopia permanently. It's just ink on paper. That's all it takes. That's what a law is. Just ink on paper can save lives.
