Andrew Caban is blaming his diabetes for sucker-punching 61-year-old Richard Regen. It gets worse. Regen was forced to undergo brain surgery due to the attack, spent 30 days in the hospital and now lives with frequent seizures. At the time of the attack, he was headed to rehab for his stroke he suffered a couple years earlier. Caban says he is "sorry" that his diabetes caused the attack."
