NOW RETIRED IN THE CARIBBEAN, IT'S MORE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FIND PLACES LIKE THOSE BUT IN THE INTERNET ERA, WE OCCASIONALLY FIND MOVIES FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AROUND THE WEB. A FEW DAYS AGO I FOUND THIS INTERESTING GERMAN MOVIE ABOUT A FICTIONAL RESURRECTION OF HITLER IN MODERN TIMES GERMANY. WHEN I WAS WATCHING IT, ABOUT 15 MINUTES INTO THE MOVIE, THE SCREEN BECAME BLACK AND A MESSAGE APPEARED: "PLAYBACK WAS ABORTED. THERE MAY BE A CORRUPTION IN THE FILE OR IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR BROWSER". CLEARLY CENSORSHIP. HOW COME THEY NOTICED SOMETHING WRONG AFTER 15 MINUTES PLAYING FINE? BUT IT WAS TOO LATE, I HAD ALREADY SAVED A COPY TO SHARE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE FILE WAS TOO LARGE, (MORE THAN 2 GB). I HAD TO DO A LOT OF WORK WITH IT TO REDUCE ITS SIZE. REDUCING SIZE ALSO REDUCES QUALITY BUT I DID THE BEST I COULD, STILL TOO BIG FOR XEPHULA BUT I DID MY USUAL TRICK, USING ANOTHER SITE AND GETTING A LINK.
