If so, then why is it still under an EUA (emergency use authorization), still undergoing stage 3 testing and not yet fully approved?

Cause some people allegedly are infected with this allegedly deadly virus and have NO symptoms. If the virus is deadly, how can it "infect" someone and cause no symptoms?
What part of the Constitution allows you to determine what and where people can go, what they have to wear and whether they can engage in commerce or work?
Cause when I read the 4th amendment of the Bill of Rights:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
It seems to me that I have to right to be secure in my person. It's a right of the people, NOT of the government.
