BUT WAS FOX REALLY THE CONSERVATIVE ALTERNATIVE? ON ELECTION NIGHT 2020, FOX NEWS WAS THE LEADER IN DECIDING ELECTIONS RESULTS, FOX WAS PLACING STATES ON THE BIDEN SIDE AND ON THE TRUMP SIDE, ALL OTHER CHANNELS WERE FOLLOWING FOX'S DECISIONS. WHEN TRUMP WAS WINNING ARIZONA BY TENS OF THOUSANDS OF VOTES, FOX PLACED ARIZONA IN THE BIDEN COLUMN, ALL OTHER CHANNELS FOLLOWED. WE WENT TO SLEEP WITH TRUMP WINNING AND WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING WITH BIDEN AS "PRESIDENT ELECT". LOTS OF PEOPLE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH FOX'S DECISION AND SO, SOMETHING UNUSUAL HAPPENED: THE DIRECTOR OF NEWS, THE BOSS WHO WORKS BEHIND THE SCENE, CAME LIVE ON THE AIR, DECLARING THAT THE STATION ABIDED BY ITS DECISION OF THE NIGHT BEFORE. FOR MANY OF US, FOX WAS PART OF THE ELECTION INTERFERENCE, MANIPULATION OR, IN OTHER WORDS: 'FRAUD'. THE TRUTH IS THAT FOX IS JUST PART OF THE CORPORATE MEDIA. You know.... I'll never forget it....
My Dad had the same washer and dryer for like 25 years (At least 20)

My step mother always wanted one of those "new fangled washing machines"
But my Dad, being the miser he was...
Always said "There's nothing wrong with the one we have"

Well one day something happened.... I can't remember if it was a blown dryer belt or a busted washing machine switch, but she finally had her argument for replacing their old washer and dryer!

So the old man went and spent like $3000 on the latest and greatest washer/dryer combo for her! It had EVERYTHING!

The sensors, the electronics, the 9000 settings etc.....

I believe that he owned this new fangled washer and dryer for LESS THAN A YEAR!
And something went wrong with the washing machine!

He could not work on the thing himself... So he was forced to call a repairman!
The guy comes out and replaced some electronic switch or sensor, and it cost him just over $800!

Then... Less than another year later something else broke!
He calls out the repair guy, and this time he wanted like $1700 for the repair!

The warranty had expired, so this was "out of pocket"

My Dad, in his typical fashion, took my step mother to the side and told her
"I know you love that new washer and dryer, but that thing has ALREADY COST ME more than I paid for the washer and dryer set we had for 25 years in a year!

And he went out and bought a non-electronic, plain Jane washer and dryer!
He should have repaired the one he had for 25 years, and he would have saved
2500 bucks and a lot of heartache and heavy lifting!!!

A washroom is NO PLACE FOR ELECTRONICS!!!
Putting electronic devices into a utility room, where WATER is present is just stupid!

RUSSIA RUNNING ADS TO RECRUIT FOREIGNERS

The British defense ministry on Sunday claimed that Russia has been running recruitment advertisements targeting citizens of neighboring countries as of late.

These online ads have been detected in Armenia and Kazakhstan, offering initial payments and salaries, with some promising fast-track citizenship. Recruitment efforts have been particularly focused on the ethnic Russian population in Kazakhstan's northern Qostanai region.

This approach allows Russia to acquire additional personnel for its military efforts in Ukraine while potentially avoiding the need for unpopular domestic mobilization measures, the ministry said.
