At a speech at Tulane University, President 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐝 says the Vietnam War is finished as far as America is concerned. “Today, Americans can regain the sense of pride that existed before Vietnam.
