People, holographic technology has gotten really good. I just stumbled on Riot Games opening for League of Legends Worlds Comp in 2018 and found this video. There are four characters seeded in with the real people on stage that are holograms. Believe it or not this is not a trick. I have been watching this technology grow for a while now in Japan. From the original Black Rock Shooter created diva Hatsune Miku to watching the characters from Gorillaz perform with Madonna onstage at the 2006 Grammys to having these emitters ending up in larger store windows in Shinjuku to this. Watch it you will be impressed.
