Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev underlined on Wednesday during a meeting that the "destructive" policies of the Western countries are increasing the risk of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons being used.

"A natural consequence of the destructive policy of the United States has been the deterioration of the situation in the field of global security. Their irresponsible actions not only contribute to the exacerbation of old and the emergence of new crises but also impede the peaceful resolution of conflicts, which we can see today in the Middle East," Patrushev remarked.
