Three United States Marines were killed in the aircraft crash off the coast of Australia that occurred earlier on Sunday, the US Marine Rotational Force-Darwin stated.
The force added that another five Marines are in the Royal Darwin Hospital in serious condition and added the "cause of the incident is under investigation."
