If there is a God, why doesn’t he rid the world of all the evil? Actually, this is what he is doing. But if God would put an end to all the evil in the world right now, with most people, it would include sentencing them to the eternal lake of fire right now. God is going to end evil/sin, but in the meantime, he is offering us a path, through Jesus Christ to repent (turn to God), and be molded by God into people who strive to obey and please God, so we will not go to the eternal lake of fire. God wants us to come out of choosing to do evil/sin, before he destroys evil. Is our heart hand in hand with God, or with evil/sin? Do we really desire to become pure, holy, Godly, and righteous? Do we truly want to love God with our everything? Where am I going to be living, after I die?
