I am new to social media; I am trying to figure it out. I believe it is good to start out with an introduction. I am a Christian man interested in God and the Bible. I have learned not to put too much faith in what people say about God/Bible, without checking it out in the Bible, this includes preachers etc. We have people saying, arguing, and preaching things about the Bible, things which are contrary to each other. Often the comments made are mostly opinions, and people trying to bend things towards their preferred beliefs. If we want the truth, we need to pull out our Bible, and a complete concordance, and before God, prayerfully check things out for our self. This genuine prayerful Bible study, away from people telling us what to think, will greatly enlighten our understanding about God. To grow in God, we need to pray and prayerfully read and study the Bible (mainly the New Testament), daily. I have learned an enormous amount from prayerfully Biblically checking things out for myself, things that people dispute concerning the Bible. It takes time to pray and prayerfully search things out in the Bible. The amount of effort we put into prayerfully reading and studying the Bible reflects the amount of love we have for God. In time, IF we continue loving God and prayerfully searching the Bible, GOD WILL GIVE US THE UNDERSTANDING. We do not want to miss out on living in Heaven. Are we ready for Judgement Day?
