Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has called for an investigation into any "wrongdoing" with respect to the COVID-19 vaccines in the United States, claiming that pharmaceutical companies have possibly acted as vaccine advocates solely "for financial gain."
"In Florida, it is illegal to mislead and misrepresent, especially when you are talking about the efficacy of a drug," DeSantis said at a roundtable with scientists and physicians.
