VA expands survivor benefits to include more same-sex couples

This reminds me, in my experience both veterans and those who are currently serving, are way more hostile about gay males than lesbians. Why is that?... Just wondering, and it doesn’t make sense IMO.

The policy is designed to help veterans and spouses who could not be legally married until 2015.
