SEEK FIRST GOD’S KINGDOM
I've often wondered why I am so quick to take care of my needs and business before our Father God's needs and business. I pray about it yet still, my human nature to look out for myself automatically takes over more times than I'd like to admit. Our Father in Heaven tells us if we seek his kingdom and strive to live righteous lifestyles first, then all things shall be added to us. See> (Matthew 6:33) 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
My final thoughts.
I knew in my heart I could do better. I tried to live as God tells us believing in faith, that nothing was impossible for the Holy Spirit which dwells within me to accomplish. Refer to> (1 Corinthians 3:16). It was not long before I found myself able to keep my mind more focused on doing things for God first, that I found God kept his word in taking care of these things I sought after. Refer to> (Matthew 6:33) Be blessed this morning knowing when we strive to live doing Godly things, our God provides the things we’ve sought after.
Our Morning Prayer
Father God, we know we don’t always seek after your good and righteousness before we act on the things we want. So we pray for the Holy Spirit to help us to do your will. In the name of your Son Jesus Christ we pray amen.
May we all walk under our Lord and Savior's guidance
