DWELLING PLACE
A lot of Christians do not realize once they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, their human bodies become the temple of the Holy Ghost. Their bodies are now a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit of God. See> (Corinthians 6:19)19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? … They now belong to their Father God in Heaven, bought, and paid for by the blood of his Son Jesus Christ. This means they no longer are their own person and need to glorify their Father God with their bodies. See> (Corinthians 6:19-20) 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
My final thoughts
Once we repented and confessed our sins to Jesus Christ, he forgave us and through his sacrificed blood, Jesus cleansed our souls from our sin and impurities. As God’s children, it is vital for us to keep our Father God’s Temple clean from the unrighteous world we are temporarily living in. We must never do anything that will destroy our bodies (God’s temple) God’s word clearly tells us he will destroy those who destroy his temple. See> (1 Corinthians 3:16-17)17 If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple. God understands it is not simple for us to keep our bodies pure, but if we strive hard to do so and he sees that our hearts are being real with him, our Father God will be pleased with us. And as for me, pleasing our Father in Heaven is what I aim to do every day, for all my days left on Earth. Be blessed.
Let us all pray together
Lord, we come to you knowing we are sinners and need to seek your forgiveness on a regular basis. This way we know we are keeping The Holy Spirit of God’s dwelling clean and righteous for him. In your name Lord Jesus Christ, we pray amen.
May we all walk under our Lord and Savior's guidance
