Ok so I answered this question a few times at Pocketnet but I thought I would nip it in the bud here.

Why did I create Merciless Radio?

Because of this place in the images. In 1986-1989 I was at this Bar/Club every weekend listening to Thrash and Death Metal. This was during the classic era of Thrash and Speed Metal. I spent so much time drinking and moshing at this club that it became a perminent fixture in my head till the end of time. It also was the place I found my favorites which were Voivod from Canada and Kreator from Germany. These bands formed a great deal of who I was back when I was 16-19. Yes the Keystone let us drink in the club so long as we had money. Doubt that happens now though. The stuff that happened to me in the front of that bar was just as critical as what happened inside because in front was where all of the human interaction happened. Talking, trading bootlegs, comparing tattoos, chords and so on. It was like having an extended family and that is what I was going for with Merciless. Eventually I hope it will be more like a group of people instead of me just posting crap.
