Establishing the President's Advisory 1776 Commission
--Sec. 2.
The President's Advisory 1776 Commission. (a) Within 120 days of the date of this order (11.2.2020 ), the Secretary of Education shall establish in the Department of Education the President's Advisory 1776 Commission (“the 1776 Commission”) to better enable a rising generation to understand the history and principles of the founding of the United States in 1776 and to strive to form a more perfect Union.
--(b) The 1776 Commission shall be composed of not more than 20 members, who shall be appointed by the President. Members shall serve for a term of 2 years and shall not be removed except for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance.

Two days ago, while camped at the USN FamCamp, I was Just finishing breakfast when I looked out the window and noticed several trucks on the beach. The people seemed to be collecting things off of the beach and putting them in their trucks. Curious, I decided to go check it out. I found that there were hundreds of Sea Turtles that had washed up on shore due to the cold. I joined in on collecting them and transporting them to a warehouse here on base. The warehouse was overwhelmed with hundreds of turtles so we ended up transporting as many as we can to the Wildlife center on Padre Island. I was on my second trip transporting them when the National Wildlife Assn. got involved and took operations over from us. I do hope I made a difference. Those sea turtles are beautiful animals. Photo and a cool video to follow. I am full time traveling to fulfill a bucket list I have and this was not on it but it was added. What an experience. I heard that the news of the turtles reached world wide.
