Executive Order 13958 of November 2, 2020 💥 Establishing the President's Advisory 1776 Commission --Sec. 2. The President's Advisory 1776 Commission. (a) Within 120 days 👀 of the date of this order (11.2.2020 👀 ), the Secretary of Education shall establish in the Department of Education the President's Advisory 1776 Commission (“the 1776 Commission”) to better enable a rising generation to understand the history and principles of the founding of the United States in 1776 and to strive to form a more perfect Union.👀 --(b) The 1776 Commission shall be composed of not more than 20 👀 members, who shall be appointed by the President. Members shall serve for a term of 2 years and shall not be removed except for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance.
