ATF states that they approve in the order that they receive, but that clearly is false. I reached out to Harriet's office and her staff member responded back extremely quick and was abundantly helpful, she was persistent with the ATF, and it was such a breath of fresh air to work with her. She was able to get my form 4 approved within a couple of weeks after several check ins with the ATF and FBI.
