BUT KAMALA NEVER REACHED OVER 1% OF PREFERENCE AMONG DEMONCRAP VOTERS. KAMALA NEVER GOT ONE SINGLE VOTE, SHE QUIT BEFORE THE IOWA CAUCUSES. BIDEN BECAME THE NOMINEE. DUE TO THE FAKE "PANDEMIC", BIDEN DIDN'T HAVE TO CAMPAIGN MUCH. OBAMA KNEW HIM VERY WELL AND EVEN TOLD BIDEN "JOE, YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THIS". BIDEN IS AN OLD WHITE GUY, A LIFE LONG CAREER POLITICIAN, CORRUPT AND A RACIST. THEY HAD TO GET RID OF BIDEN, BUT THE 25th AMENDMENT WAS A COMPLICATED PROCESS, SO OBAMA AND THE DEMOCRAT MACHINE DID AN INTERNAL "COUP", LEAVING BIDEN AS "PRESIDENT" (KIND OF A MEANINGLESS GHOST IN THE OVAL OFFICE) AND NOMINATING KAMALA AS OFFICIAL CANDIDATE. BASICALLY, KAMALA WOULD BE ANOTHER OBAMA'S PUPPET, OBAMA'S 4th TERM. NOW, OBAMA IS DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN EVERY DETAIL OF KAMALA'S CAMPAIGN AND CAMPAIGNING TOGETHER WITH HER. THERE WERE RUMORS BEFORE ABOUT REPLACING BIDEN WITH HILLARY OR MICHELLE (MICHAEL?) BUT HILLARY IS DAMAGED GOODS AND MICHELLE WOULD BE TROUBLESOME FOR THE REPUTATION OF BEING REALLY A MAN. Fema, Inefficiency, Waste and an Absence of Leadership All Around, In other words a typical Federal Program.
North Carolina's taxpayers paid into that federal program to help people hit by natural disasters, and FEMA chose to pay instead for the Housing and Feeding of Illegal Aliens that Include Murderers, Rapists, Child Molesters & Terrorists who have no legal right nor legitimate business being in this country. That ought to be a firing offense and it would be if this were the private sector, or most any other Administration than the Biden-Harris one, where incompetence is encouraged.

CHUTKAN UNSEALS JACK SMITH’S 165-PAGE “IMMUNITY MOTION” IN JANUARY 6 CASE

"Judge Tanya Chutkan has unsealed Special Counsel Jack Smith’s 165-page 'immunity motion' arguing that Trump is subjected to presidential immunity following the Supreme Court’s ruling. It appears Chutkan unsealed the 165-page document to do the maximum damage to Trump before the election."

Two points that not only the judge but Trump's detractors constantly overlook:

1) Trump's challenging of election results - no matter what the venue - is political free speech in its redress of government. This is protected by the First Amendment, which applies to all citizens. Even his lawsuits are protected because he is afforded the opportunity for those allegations/claims to be adjudicated. Mere words without physical coercion or illegal attempts at blackmail are just that word. Further, if simply stating that an election was stolen constitutes election interference, then there are a litany of Democrats - including Hillary Clinton who should be under indictment.

2) Jack Smith does not have standing to bring this indictment because he was illegally seated in his role. The Senate must ratify special prosecutors. Smith did not go through that approval process and, therefore, has no standing to bring the indictment.

This case must be dismissed constitutionally (as if that matters to Judge Chutkan).

The World Economic Forum held its 'Sustainable Development Impact Meetings' during last week's United Nations General Assembly in New York City. Speaking at the meeting, far-left elitist and former presidential climate envoy John Kerry expressed frustration to fellow globalists, stating that the First Amendment frequently obstructs their agenda.

*Translation* "Govern" Essentially means narration control (or official government-approved propaganda)—that is, through the censorship blob at federal government agencies in Washington, DC, the intel community, Silicon Valley's big tech, fact-checkers, think tanks and legacy corporate media.
Kerry's choice of words shows that far-left radicals in the Obama-Biden-Harris team are frightened that their own misinformation and disinformation propaganda jammed through far-left corporate media outlets is no longer working. Within the recent WEF discussion, Secretary Kerry outlines how freedom of speech is a 'threat to the global democracy 'because the governing officials have a difficult time controlling information. Kerry goes on to posit how the next administration, presumably in his hope Kamala Harris, will forcefully structure all the tools of government to stop Americans from using the first amendment to freely speak about issues.
