The CarboHaler is a game-changer for my voice when singing

I'm a voice teacher from San Diego, CA and use lots of smart neuro-centric tools to help my students and my own singing when I'm on a professional contract as as actor and studio musician.

After using this device once at the gym, my busy mind calmed down, my breathing felt instantly more connected in singing, I was relaxed and able to be expressive at 8am after a late night rehearsal.

The effects of the carbohaler session were so great that I decided to stay after mobility session and do 20 minutes on the device between 2-3%. This gave me the energy to do a full workout and I felt incredible the rest of the day.

I didn't have an energy dip in the afternoon like I usually do, and my staging rehearsals went very well with energy lasting through the whole day and evening.

I slept very well (which is imperative for singing to feel good for me), and the next day I felt refreshed.

I'm excited at the possibilities of performance and using this device backstage for singers and actors who struggle with anxiety, and I know it will be a hit with students who take a long time to warm up their instrument so it feels ready to sing (usually those with acid reflux). There are breathing studies on acid reflux and breathing, so I'm eager to see how they fare!

VISITING A MEXICAN TOWN, SOUTH OF THE BORDER, RITCHIE SAW A 'MARIACHI' (MEXICAN FOLK MUSICIANS) PLAYING 'LA BAMBA'. LA BAMBA WAS A TRADITIONAL MEXICAN FOLK SONG AND RITCHIE CAME BACK WANTING TO RECORD LA BAMBA. HIS MANAGER TOLD HIM: "ARE YOU CRAZY? A MEXICAN FOLK SONG IN A ROCK AND ROLL RECORD AND YOU DON'T EVEN SPEAK SPANISH?". RITCHIE INSISTED BY SAYING: "IF NAT KING COLE CAN SING IN SPANISH, SO CAN I". BY THAT TIME, NAT KING COLE HAD A LP ALBUM WITH LATIN AMERICA LOVE SONGS SINGING IN SPANISH. LA BAMBA WAS RECORDED AS A SIDE B (THROW AWAY) IN A SINGLE 45" ALONG WITH 'DONNA', DONNA WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE HIT. THAT RECORD CHANGED THE HISTORY OF ROCK AND ROLL AND LA BAMBA BECAME VERY POPULAR. SADLY, RITCHIE DIED VERY YOUNG IN A PLANE CRASH IN 1959. A FEW YEARS LATER, LA BAMBA CAME BACK BY TRINI LOPEZ, IN A LIVE PERFORMANCE RECORDING. ENJOY BOTH RIGHT HERE!

ONE EUROPEAN VERSION OF THIS SONG IS BY LES SURF FROM FRANCE AND EVEN MORE INTERESTING IS THEY ARE SINGING IN SPANISH. IT IS COMMON IN EUROPE THAT PEOPLE ARE FLUENT IN MORE THAN ONE LANGUAGE. MELANIA TRUMP,ORIGINALLY FROM SLOVENIA, CAN SPEAKS IN 5 LANGUAGES.

I experienced the Great American Eclipse under some clouds that rolled in, as is typical for astronomical events, during the moment of maximum eclipse. The birds stopped singing except for one squawking bird in a tall tree, the squirrels went home, the color of the ambient light changed from orange to blue as it would in the evening, the shadows on the ground became softer, the wind speed increased and the temperature cooled. It was eerily quiet for a few minutes before the normal activity returned with the unveiled sunlight; several sunspots were visible during this April 8th solar eclipse.

'Blade Runner' vigilante filmed 'frying some Ulez for breakfast' as cameras MELT

A pair of Ulez cameras have been targeted with heat guns and electric saws in new attacks by vigilante ‘Blade Runners’ demonstrating against the controversial scheme, new footage on social media shows.

One video, posted on Monday, shows a heat gun attached to a telescopic pole being used to melt the glass on one of the cameras, which scan vehicles to check their compliance with the Ulez scheme.

A voice in the video can be heard singing “frying some Ulez for breakfast… have some of that”, before saying “unlucky Mr Khan, here’s another one… gutted for you”.

Since Ukraine cannot export the usual amount of grain through the Black Sea ports due to the war, now the uncontrolled, genetically modified grain is being exported to Central Europe (including Poland) at a price below cost.
