THIS IS THE BASIS FOR WHICH THESE DEEP STATE TRAITORS, CHILD SEX TRAFFICKERS, SATANIC PAEDOPHILES, SECRET SOCIETY SEX OFFENDERS, INCEST AGGRESSORS, CHILD RAPISTS AND KHAZARIAN ILLUMINATI ARE BEING APPREHENDED, INCARCERATED AND EXECUTED: 18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. 18 U.S. Code § 2382 – Misprision of Treason Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both. 18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or Insurrection Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. 18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious Conspiracy If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. 18 U.S. Code § 2385 – Advocating Overthrow of Government Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so. 18 U.S. Code § 1591 - Sex trafficking of children or by force, fraud, or coercion a) Whoever knowingly— (1) in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, recruits, entices, harbors, transports, provides, obtains, advertises, maintains, patronizes, or solicits by any means a person; or (2) benefits, financially or by receiving anything of value, participation in a venture which has engaged in an act described in violation of paragraph (1), knowing, or, except where the act constituting the violation of paragraph (1) is advertising, in reckless disregard of the fact, that means of force, threats of force, fraud, coercion described in subsection (e)(2), or any combination of such means will be used to cause the person to engage in a commercial sex act, or that the person has not attained the age of 18 years and will be caused to engage in a commercial sex act, shall be punished as provided in subsection (b). 22 U.S. Code § 7102 - Definitions (a) Whoever attempts to violate section 1581, 1583, 1584, 1589, 1590, or 1591 shall be punishable in the same manner as a completed violation of that section. (b) Whoever conspires with another to violate section 1581, 1583, 1589, 1590 or 1592 shall be punished in the same manner as a completed violation of such section. (c) Whoever conspires with another to violate section 1591 shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both. (d) The court, in imposing sentence on any person convicted of a violation of this chapter, shall order, in addition to any other sentence imposed and irrespective of any provision of State law, that such person shall forfeit to the United States— (1) such person’s interest in any property, real or personal, that was involved in, used, or intended to be used to commit or to facilitate the commission of such violation, and any property traceable to such property; and (2) any property, real or personal, constituting or derived from, any proceeds that such person obtained, directly or indirectly, as a result of such violation, or any property traceable to such property. (e) (1)The following shall be subject to forfeiture to the United States and no property right shall exist in them: (A) Any property, real or personal, involved in, used, or intended to be used to commit or to facilitate the commission of any violation of this chapter, and any property traceable to such property. (B) Any property, real or personal, which constitutes or is derived from proceeds traceable to any violation of this chapter. (2) The provisions of chapter 46 of this title relating to civil forfeitures shall extend to any seizure or civil forfeiture under this subsection. (f) Transfer of Forfeited Assets.— (1) In general.— Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Attorney General shall transfer assets forfeited pursuant to this section, or the proceeds derived from the sale thereof, to satisfy victim restitution orders arising from violations of this chapter. (2) Priority.— Transfers pursuant to paragraph (1) shall have priority over any other claims to the assets or their proceeds. (3) Use of nonforfeited assets.— Transfers pursuant to paragraph (1) shall not reduce or otherwise mitigate the obligation of a person convicted of a violation of this chapter to satisfy the full amount of a restitution order through the use of non-forfeited assets or to reimburse the Attorney General for the value of assets or proceeds transferred under this subsection through the use of nonforfeited assets. (g) Witness Protection.— Any violation of this chapter shall be considered an organized criminal activity or other serious offense for the purposes of application of chapter 224 (relating to witness protection).

Interesting that Expert Reviews (and who says they are "experts" anyway?) does not allow readers to leave comments. It's a truism that whenever an increase in the TV Licence fee is announced, the ones who complain the loudest are usually those who don't actually pay anyway... However, the question nowadays is why on Earth pay a fee at all? Fees levied on viewers are only for the BBC and its services. Cable services are billed separately so you are effectively paying a second fee for the dubious utility of actually having and using a TV irrespective of whether you watch the Beeb or not. It's a typically authoritarian ploy to con the populace into "licensing" something which should otherwise be free; and the BBC even extended this to the Internet because of its iPlayer, turning a home PC into a TV. Despite my emotions when reading about this, complaining is redundant as I haven't been in the UK since 2002, but it does seem cheeky to raise the fee at a time when the re-elected PM seems intent on abolishing it.
