A video made showed Vining shooting at Broad a total of 5 times. Lead investigator, detective Sgt. Miley, says they have "discovered evidence to prove that Vining shot and killed Broad." Ok, there is a video of the incident. Not hard to discover what happened, it would seem. Not the brightest activity these teens conjured up. One paid for it with his life.
