Really, looking at the "blog post" and what he posted, this is a freedom of speech issue. If she was still friends with him on Facebook, and he saw her comments, and he screenshot it and posted it for the world to see with his side of the story, that's his right. If the post was open, that's her own fault. She had no legal standing (which may be the reason why she dropped the charges). Remember, folks, don't post anything or say anything in a post or comments that you don't want the world to see.
