If it is so "effective" at allegedly preventing COVID, why do they continue to authorize bi-annual shots?

It isn't a vaccine as they claim. Vaccines allegedly immunize us against a disease (a questionable claim). They are supposed to work in one, possibly two shots. This one is on its 5th now. How is that helping immunity? Uh, it obviously isn't.
