65 Years ago on April 24, 1959: a brave but stupid USAF Captain made a controversial decision: he flew his huge RB-47 Stratojet UNDER a bridge in Michigan. The stunt cost him his flying career, but you can’t deny the incredible bravery, skill, and luck involved in the feat. The B-47 Stratojet was a six-engine jet bomber designed to fly long distances at high altitudes. With a wingspan of 116 feet and a height of 28 feet there must have been inches to spare under that bridge. Cowboy Logic I read for almost 2 hours this morning trying to find something I could write about that wouldn't get me kicked off Facebook. Fail... The good news about that is a great awakening is occurring. All the little strings that held down Gulliver are slowly being broken and sooner or later that giant is going to get up. All the folks that tied those ropes might want to take notice. You can fence in a herd for a long time. But a little pressure over a long time will slowly wear and tear on the strongest bindings releasing all that pent up energy and anger over being restrained. Watching that release is spellbinding to me. As the actual stories are slowly but surely coming out, all those folks ridiculing others for actually thinking critically might want to say they are really really sorry before some repay the loan of injury and insult. Some very serious people are starting to tell the truth and the opposite that has been purveyed is really really horrible in it's scope. We are at a time of turning over the prairie with a plow. The old surface is going to be remade eventually and the refreshing will change everything. But it's going to take work, cooperation, organization and bravery to achieve. To break fences that hold a herd back, either a panic/stampede, or slow deliberate pressure is the solution. I see the latter in play at the moment. Damn, I spent hours today trying to figure out why my brave browser under windows 7 suddenly (started yesterday) started to completely crash on "certain sites" like youtube, it turned out that it is the brave shield, you have to disable it and install "Ublock Origin" instead if you still want to block ads and trackers etc., see https://community.brave.com/t/aggregate-topic-outdated-brave-crashing-on-youtube/541251 Under windows 7, you cannot update brave to the latest version because they disabled the updates and brave does not support windows 7 anymore, which sucks btw. and for me this is a big dent in the reputation of brave browser IMHO.
