Universal healthcare vouchers? I don't like a public option or a universal public option for a safety net. I much prefer universal healthcare vouchers. That way you subsidize the individual & not special interests in an arbitrary manner. It's sort of a Rawlsian style which isn't ideal, but it's better than most options.
