Mahomes is still new, he has just started his career a few years ago, and he wasn't that good to begin with (in my opinion, and to me, it does indeed show in the regular season). Smith was better and more consistent with his throwing. But Smith got injured, and retired, I believe. The ninny Mahomes is probably still running the ball too. He was doing that last season. Coach Reid keeps telling him not to, but he does anyway.
Mahomes can throw the ball fast, but he isn't accurate much of the time. He needs to be accurate more of the time. I'm not the only one that thinks this, the sports analysts did echo it as well. He has some talent, and needs more years to refine it. He's no Joe Montana (my hero).
