Biden Signs Executive Order for Federal Control over 30% of America's Land and 30% of U.S. Oceans The Biden administration announced that it would extend the national foreclosure moratorium and mortgage forbearance through June, preventing home foreclosures and allowing for delayed mortgage payments. Census Bureau data indicated in December that 20% of renters across the country are now are unable to pay their rent, and 14-million were behind on rent. 40-million people were at risk for eviction, and total unpaid rent was estimated at $70-billion. Landlords will not be able to recover the lost revenue, and the situation continues to worsen. Farmlands and private property are targeted as the US has committed to tripling its so-called protected lands. President Biden signed an executive order to “protect” 30% of US land and 30% of US oceans by 2030 in the name of environmentalism and biodiversity. Much of the land now is privately owned, so the plan is to put an end to private property by any means necessary, including confiscatory taxation and regulation.
