Ok so I want to make this clear. Everyone seems to think Russia is still the KGB and Gulags old school communist system. I assure you it is not. When I was leading an RC Drift group in Sacramento I used to have contact with a drift group in Saint Petersberg, Russia (formerly Stalingrad).
